Why is map data downloading?
Walk Under Trees routes on your iPhone. It first downloads tree-canopy and street data around the part of the map you are viewing, then caches that data for later use. Try again on a reliable connection if the initial download is interrupted.
Location or guidance is not working
Open iOS Settings, find Walk Under Trees, and allow location access. During an active walk, keep Precise Location enabled for the best progress and turn guidance. Background location is used only while that walk is active.
Spoken turns
Turn announcements can use the built-in iOS voice or an optional higher-quality voice model. The optional model is a separate download. Check the app's voice settings and your iPhone's audio volume if announcements are silent.
Subscriptions
If Pro features are missing after a purchase or reinstall, open the subscription screen and choose Restore Subscription. Purchases are associated with your Apple Account and managed through the App Store.
